First of all we would like to thank our patrons for giving us opportunity to serve them. We understand that sometimes the product received from online commerce could not look exactly as it appeared over scree. Although we try to keep our customers truly and well informed our products as well as our installations process there are chances that pictures of products may look more bright than the actual products; this is due to pictures taken in studio may have different lighting focused while being photographed, or it may also be due to the screen resolution different from what our eyes actually see.
We would still like to confirm that our products delivery needs special logistics unit specifically dedicated to every particular customer for safe and timely delivery. For this we incur good amount of expenses on delivery. Therefor in case of return, we will be able to take back our product only if they are not installed and customer refuses to take delivery of product from delivery team. Even then there will be deduction of 15% of amount from actual purchase value. The remaining amount will be returned to customer within 7 working days.
We won’t be able to take any product back if and after the installation begins. That is the packages are opened and required units are cut to size by installation team.
